A one-piece hammer-in packer for 3/8" holes. The zerk, the seal and the anchor are the same moulded part, so setting it is one hammer blow instead of drill, seat and torque. Glass-reinforced nylon will not rust or conduct, which makes it safe to leave permanently in a slab or shear wall, and it trims flush with side cutters once injection is done.
